If you thought mulled wine was a treat for Christmas-time only, think again. Today is national mulled wine day! Follow these simple instructions to spice up your evening with a glass of mulled wine, made with Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon, of course! It’s dead simple and super quick.
HOW TO MAKE MULLED WINE:
- 1 bottle of Eisberg Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 Orange
- 2oz Demerara Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Grated nutmeg to taste
- 1 dried bay leaf
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pan.
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Strain into heatproof glasses.
- Serve immediately.
